TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADING - OFFICE CENTRES UK LIMITED

1. We will forward details of potential clients who are interested in your office\centre via the website.
2. You must advise us if you have already received an enquiry from another source. We should be notified within 48 hours via fax or e-mail from receipt of the enquiry. Unless otherwise informed within this period, Office Centres UK Limited will proceed on the understanding that Office Centres UK Limited will be paid for a successful introduction fee.
3. Upon completion of a successful client introduction, Office Centres UK Limited will invoice you for 10% of the client's first year's accommodation contract and this will be invoiced on a MONTHLY basis at 10% of the monthly fee paid by the client.
4. Once the client no longer resides within your office\centre, no further invoices will be submitted nor any fees charged.
5. If a business centre\office (or group or part of a group of business centres\offices) is sold; you should notify Office Centres UK Limited in writing of such an undertaking You should notify the new owners of the ongoing commission payment obligation to Office Centres UK Limited. Should you fail to comply then all remaining commission payments will be paid by the original owners\vendors.
6. Office Centres UK Limited do not operate on an exclusive basis.
